Master Chief Yeboah is a native of Sierra Leone, West Africa.  He graduated from Park Center High School in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. He enlisted in the Navy on June 28, 1995, and attended Basic Recruit Training at Naval Training Center, San Diego, California. Following Basic Training, he attended Culinary Specialist Basic Enlisted “A” School in San Diego, California. He then reported to Basic Enlisted Submarine School in Groton, Connecticut, in November 1995.

Master Chief Yeboah’s first sea duty assignment was onboard USS Baltimore (SSN 704) from March 1995 through November 1997. During this tour, he earned the Enlisted Submarine Warfare designation. Subsequent sea tour assignments were on board USS Jacksonville (SSN 699) from June 1999 through July 2000, USS Georgia (SSGN 729) from July 2003 through January 2006, USS Hampton (SSN 767) as Supply Department Leading Petty Officer from January 2006 through October 2007, and USS Houston (SSN 713) as Supply Department Enlisted Advisor from January 2011 through February 2014. He reported onboard USS Asheville from February 2017-October 2018 as Chief of the Boat, subsequent tour onboard the USS Charlotte SSN as Chief of the Boat from November 2018-August 2020. 

Master Chief Yeboah’s first shore duty assignment was at Naval Support Activity, Norfolk from August 2000 through July 2003, Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes from October 2007 through January 2011. His next tour of duty as Food Service Officer for Staff of Submarine Squadron FIFTEEN in Apra Harbor, Guam. His next tour onboard ARCO ARDM 5 from August 2020 through June 2021, in San Diego California. 

In July 2021 he reported to USS Daniel Inouye DDG 118 in Pearl Harbor, HI where he currently serves as Command Master Chief.

Master Chief Yeboah is entitled to wear the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (7 awards), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals (5 awards), Recruit Division Commander Distinguished Leadership Award, and various Unit and campaign awards.
