SAN DIEGO, CA – The Ticonderoga class guided-missile cruiser USS Lake Erie (CG 70) held their change of command ceremony on May 22, in port San Diego. Captain Christine O’Connell, who assumed command in March 2018, was relieved by Captain Gilbert Ayan.
