Command Senior Chief David Fuller Jr, is a native of Carson, California. He graduated from Cheyenne High school in 2001 and enlisted in the Navy in October of 2002. In January 2003, he reported for Master-At-Arms “A” School at NTTC Lackland, TX. and was selected for the Command Senior Enlisted Leader Program in 2025. Graduate of the U.S. Navy Senior Enlisted Academy (Class 244/Purple) and CMC/COB course 25090.

Command Senior Chief Fuller's overseas duty assignments include Naval Support Activity Gaeta Italy, Naval Station Rota Spain and Naval Support Activity Bahrain Harbor Patrol Unit.

His CONUS shore duty assignments include Naval Support Activity Annapolis, Maryland and Naval Air Station Corpus Christi.

Command Senior Chief Fuller’s expeditionary duty assignments include Individual Augmentee assignment to Afghanistan from March 2010- May 2011, as a member of the "Paladins", a specialized Personal Protection detail assigned to the Joint Visitors Bureau in Kabul Afghanistan. While assigned to SEAL Team FOUR, CMDCS Fuller deployed to Djibouti as CJSOTF Senior Enlisted Leader and Theater Antiterrorism Officer. He also served at Naval Special Warfare Group ONE as ISIC Force Protection Officer, as well as Force Security Officer at Commander, Naval Special Warfare Command. His current duty assignment is Senior Enlisted Leader, USS Augusta (LCS 34).

Along with multiple unit and Campaign awards, CMDCS Fuller's personal awards include Joint Service Commendation medal, the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation medal (six awards), the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (four awards), Good Conduct medal (seven awards), and two Flag Letters of Commendation.
