Master Chief Bradley W. Raynor is a native of Pasadena, Texas and raised in LaFollette, Tennessee. He enlisted in the Navy on 13 June, 2000, immediately reporting to Recruit Training Command Great Lakes, IL. Upon completion of recruit training he attended Air Traffic Control “A” School in Pensacola, FL graduating February 2001. He has also attended and graduated from the following courses at NATTC Pensacola; Carrier Air Traffic Control Center, Advanced Radar Air Traffic Control, Amphibious Air Traffic Control Center, ATC Managers’ course, and Navy Instructor Training Course.
Master Chief Raynor’s sea assignments include USS Dwight D. Eisenhower, USS Kearsarge, and TACRON-11, completing 2 Mediterranean deployments in support of the Global War on Terror. During these tours he earned Aviation Warfare Specialist, Surface Warfare Specialist, and Information Warfare Specialist.
His shore tours include NAS Jacksonville, NAS Oceana, NATTC Pensacola (twice), and NAS Fort Worth. During his first tour at NATTC he was designated as a Master Training Specialist.
ACCM Raynor reported to TACRON-11 as the Command Senior Enlisted Leader in December 2022.
His personal decorations include the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (4 awards), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (3 awards), Humanitarian Service Medal, and various individual campaign and unit awards.
