Command Senior Chief Alicia Ronquillo grew up in Wilber Nebraska and began her naval career on 22 July 2002 at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Ill., followed by completion of Hospital Corpsman “A” School.
 
In 2003 she received orders to the National Naval Medical Center Bethesda, Maryland surgical ward providing critical care to the returning wounded warriors. She then transferred to Naval Medical Center Portsmouth in 2004 and was detailed to Naval Air Station Oceana. In 2006 she completed Physical Therapy "C" school receiving the Physical Therapy NEC. She then reported to Naval Hospital Guam in 2007 and facilitated Hospital Corpsman Skills Basic and Nursing orientation. In 2010 she transferred to Naval Medical Center San Diego as the Leading Petty Officer for Physical Therapy Department and was instrumental in the revision and standardization for Physical Therapy curriculum across Navy Medicine.
 
In 2014 she transferred to Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton as the Leading Petty Officer of the Physical and Occupational Therapy Department and 12 Branch Health Clinics. She returned to Naval Hospital Guam in 2017 and was selected to Chief Petty Officer. As the Senior Enlisted Leader (SEL) for the Directorate for Administration, she revitalized and led the BUMED M1 billet realignment. As the SEL for the Directorate of Nursing Services, she served as the Medical Lead for the Cope North Exercise, which spanned three allied Nations and Multi U.S. Joint Forces enhancing U.S. allied nation relationships and increasing the multi-forces combat effectiveness.
 
In 2021 Chief Petty Officer Ronquillo was selected to Senior Chief Petty Officer and was assigned as SEL for Surgical Company C and H&S Company, 1st Medical Battalion. In 2024 she was selected for command Senior Chief and is currently serving as the Command Senior Enlisted Leader for USS Jackson.
 
Command Senior Chief Officer Ronquillo holds a Master of Science Degree in Health Care Administration from George Washington University. Her awards and decorations include the Navy Marine Corps Commendation Medal (3); Navy Achievement Medal (6); Army Achievement Medal and various unit awards.
