LCDR Todd Weeks graduated in 2006 from Portland State University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy Nuclear Power program in November 2008 as an Electrician’s Mate. In 2010 LCDR Weeks was selected for Officer Candidate School and commissioned in December of 2010.
At sea, his first division officer tour was served onboard USS CAPE ST GEORGE from 2010-2013 in weapons department as ORDO, FPO, and GUNNO. His second division officer tour, from 2013-2015, was assigned as the Navigator on MCM Crew Swerve onboard USS CHAMPION in San Diego and USS DEVESTATOR in Manama, Bahrain. Both department head tours were onboard USS WAYNE E MEYER in Pearl Harbor as Operations Officer and Planning and Tactics Officer from 2019-2022.
His shore tours include standing up Sea Combat Division at SMWDC, San Diego where he developed the curriculum, NTTPs, and SWATT CONOPS for FAC/FIAC and precision missile systems in N7, N5, and N3. He also served as the Military Assistant and AIDE to Commander STRIKFORNATO in Lisbon, Portugal. He also served a short time as the N6 at LCSRON3.
His personal awards include Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (three awards), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (two awards).
