CMDCM (SCW/EXW) CASEY L. KELLOGG

Command Master Chief, Amphibious Construction Battalion ONE (ACB 1)

01 January 2025 Command Master Chief Kellogg is a native of Edgemont, South Dakota, where he graduated from Edgemont High School in 1999.  He enlisted in the United States Navy and attended Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes in 1999. 

After attending Basic Training, CMDCM Kellogg attended Builder “A” School at Naval Construction Training Center, Gulfport, MS.  Following “A” school, he reported to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) FOUR where he earned his Seabee Combat Warfare Specialist device, promoted to Second Class Petty Officer, and successfully deployed three times.
  
In August 2004, he reported to Pearl Harbor, HI, Self Help Division where he conducted an Individual Augment tour to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and promoted to First Class Petty Officer.

In April 2008, he reported to NMCB ONE, where he successfully deployed two times and was promoted to Chief Petty Officer in 2010.  

In April 2012, he reported to Naval Construction Training Center, Gulfport, MS serving as the Builder “A” School Course Supervisor, Company Chief, and Company Commander.  In June 2013, he was advanced to Senior Chief Petty Officer.
 
In July 2015, he reported to NMCB ELEVEN, Gulfport, MS where he completed two successful deployments and served as the Battalions Operations Chief and was promoted to Master Chief Petty Officer in 2018. 
 
In November 2018, he reported to Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Pacific, Honolulu, HI, where he served as the Senior Enlisted Leader. 
 
In August 2021, he reported to NMCB ELEVEN, Gulfport, MS, where he successfully completed two deployments while serving as the CMDCM.

He reported to Amphibious Construction Battalion ONE, San Diego, CA, in January 2025 where he is currently serving as the Command Master Chief.

He is a graduate of the Senior Enlisted Academy Class 190 Group Gold.  His awards include the Meritorious Service Medal (two awards), Navy Commendation Medal (three awards), and various other personal and unit awards.
