CDR Phillip Martin

Executive Officer, USS Milius (DDG 69)

19 December 2025 Phil is a native of Tallahassee, Florida and is the proud son of a Navy enlisted veteran. He graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 2010 and the Naval Postgraduate School in 2015.

For operational tours, he was the Anti-Submarine Warfare Officer on USS THE SULLIVANS (DDG 68), the Navigator on USS McCAMPBELL (DDG 85), and the Operations Officer on both USS STETHEM (DDG 63) and USS SHILOH (CG 67).

Phil also served on the U.S. SEVENTH Fleet Staff as the Integrated Air Missile Defense Deputy Director, Deputy Assistant Chief of Staff for Operations, and most recently as the Deputy Executive Assistant on the personal staff for the Commander, U.S. SEVENTH Fleet.
