Command Senior Chief Sarah Morales is a native of East Providence, Rhode Island and is a 2000 graduate of East Providence High School.  She reported to Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Illinois, in August 2000 and began her career as a Personnelman. 
 
Her tours include USS Enterprise (CVN 65) as a Personnel Clerk in Norfolk, Virginia, Chief of Naval Operations Protocol Assistant at the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia, Recruit Training Command as a Recruit Division Commander in Great Lakes, Illinois, Helicopter Sea Combat Squadrons Six and Three as a Command Career Counselor in San Diego, California, USS Boxer (LHD 4) as a Command Career Counselor in San Diego, California, Submarine Group Nine as a Immediate Superior in Charge Career Counselor and Senior Enlisted Leader in Bangor, WA, and Naval Beach Group Two as the Immediate Superior in Charge Career Counselor.
 
Her current assignment is command senior chief aboard USS Cincinnati (LCS 20).
 
Senior Chief Morales is a graduate of the U.S. Senior Enlisted Academy.  Her personal awards include the Navy Commendation Medal (four awards), Navy Achievement Medal (seven awards) and various other unit and campaign awards.  She is authorized to wear the Surface and Aviation Warfare Specialist insignias; she is also a designated Master Training Specialist.
