Command Master Chief Joselin J. Cruzdelossantos, a native of the Dominican Republic, enlisted in the United States Navy in 1999 and subsequently graduated recruit training in Great Lakes, Illinois followed by completion of Airman Apprentice School in Pensacola, Florida. 


Her first assignment was as an undesignated Airman with STRIKE FIGHTER SQUADRON ONE ZERO SIX (VFA 106), Oceana, Virginia. In 2000 she struck for Aviation Storekeeper and was promoted to Aviation Storekeeper Third Class Petty Officer. After completing a two-year tour, she received orders to PATROL SQUADRON EIGHT (VP-8), and subsequently reported in December 2001. During her tour with VP-8, she completed two deployments to FIFTH FLEET and SEVENTH FLEET in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. 

In January 2005, she reported to Aviation Support Detachment Brunswick, Maine, as the Quality Assurance Petty Officer. In December 2008, she reported to the USS ENTERPRISE (CVN 65), then homeported in Norfolk, Virginia, as the S1 Leading Petty Officer. She completed the ship's last two deployments before it was decommissioned in 2012. In April 2013, she reported to PATROL SQUADRON THIRTY (VP-30) in Jacksonville, Florida and she was promoted to Chief Petty Officer. In 2015, she detached from VP-30 and reported aboard USS CHUNG HOON (DDG 93), homeported at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, serving as the Departmental Leading Chief Petty Officer. During her tour aboard DDG 93, she completed a SEVENTH FLEET deployment, 2016 RIMPAC, and was ultimately promoted to Senior Chief Petty Officer. 

In November 2017, she detached DDG 93 and reported as Senior Enlisted Leader to Medical Logistics Company, 1st Supply Battalion, 1st Marine Logistics Group, based in Camp Pendleton, California. In 2018, she fleeted-up to serve as the Navy Senior Enlisted Leader for Combat Logistics Regiment 1, 1st Marine Logistics Group. After her tour with the Fleet Marine Force, she received orders to Naval Computer Telecommunications Area Master Station, Pacific (NCTAMS PAC), Wahiawa, Hawaii. In December 2019, she reported as a Departmental Leading Chief Petty Officer to NCTAMS PAC and selected into the Command Senior Enlisted Program in 2021. 

After briefly serving as the Command Senior Enlisted Leader at NCTAMS PAC, she was selected to serve as Command Senior Chief of PCU JOHN L. CANLEY (ESB 6) Blue MilCrew, San Diego, California. She assumed her current position as Command Senior Enlisted Leader, Blue MilCrew, July 2021 and subsequently, promoted to Command Master Chief. 

Command Master Chief Cruzdelossantos’ personal awards include the Navy Commendation Medal (three awards), Navy Marine Corps Achievement Medal (eight awards), Humanitarian Service Medal, Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal and numerous unit and campaign awards. She is qualified to wear Enlisted Surface Warfare, Enlisted Aviation Warfare, and Enlisted Fleet Marine Force Warfare. She is a graduate of the Senior Enlisted Academy, Class 219 (Purple) and Command Master Chief/Chief of the Boat course. She holds a Baccalaureate degree (Cum Laude) in business from Southern New Hampshire University.
