Past Senior Enlisted Leader, Commander, Destroyer Squadron SEVEN (CDS 7)

09 September 2022 A native of Cumming, Ga., Senior Chief Hall attended Recruit Training Command in Great Lakes, Il graduating in May 2005, graduated ATG A-school and C-school in April 2006.

Senior Chief Hall served onboard USS CHANCELLORSVILLE (CG62) in Yokosuka, Japan and executed a hull swap with USS SHILOH. As a Forward Deployed Cruiser, USS SHILOH participated in multiple BMD and Carrier Strike Group Operations. After his first sea tour, he transferred to COMSUBPAC Navy Data Center in Yokosuka. There he was a QA analyst and Leading Petty Officer who was supporting Theater ASW Operations for 7th FLT.

Upon completion of his shore duty, he returned to San Diego for the A(V)15 Journeyman pipeline and was selected as STGC. His next duty took him to CTF74 in Yokosuka, Japan, where he served as the SURTASS/TASW LCPO and as a Theater ASW Watch Officer. He finally returned to sea, again on USS CHANCELLORSVILLE, and has served as the Combat Acoustics Division LCPO, Combat Systems Departmental LCPO, and the Weapon’s Department LCPO.

Senior Chief Hall reported to COMDESRON SEVEN in Singapore February 2021 as the Staff Surfice Ship ASW Specialist and took over as the Senior Enlisted Leader in December 2021.

His personal decorations include the Navy Commendation Medal (3), the Navy Achievement Medal (4), and Service awards.
