COMMAND SENIOR ENLISTED LEADER, USS TULSA LCS-16 (GOLD) CREW 217

18 October 2022 Command Senior Chief Addicott is a native of Orwell, Ohio. Graduated Recruit Training Command in June 1999 as an Aviation Storekeeper Airman Recruit. He went onto Aviation Storekeeper “A” school in Meridian, MS.  

Sea duties include USS GEORGE WASHINGTON (CVN-73) Norfolk, VA. where he advanced to AK2. USS ROOSEVELT (DDG-80) Mayport, FL. advancing to SK1.  USS GARY (FFG 51) stationed in San Diego, CA.  USS PEARL HARBOR (LSD-52) San Diego, CA.  NSWG-1 LOGSU Coronado, CA where he was promoted to LSCS.  

Shore duties include SPAWAR Norfolk. NRD Miami in 2011-2013 where he was promoted to Chief Petty Officer.  Assault Craft Unit Five (ACU-5) Oceanside, CA.

In March, 2022 Senior Chief was selected to the Command Senior Chief Program. He is currently the Command Senior Chief for USS TULSA LCS 16 (Gold) Crew 217, San Diego, CA.

He is a graduate of the Senior Enlisted Academy, Class 224 and CMC/COB course, class 22120.  He also earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Post University.  

Personal awards include the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (3 awards), Army Commendation Medal (2 awards), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (6 awards), Army Achievement Medal and numerous campaign and unit awards.
