CMDCS Jonathan Arroyave

Command Senior Chief, USS Augusta (LCS 34)

05 September 2023 Command Senior Chief Jonathan Arroyave, a New Jersey native, enlisted in the U.S. Navy in August 2006 and Selected for the Command Senior Enlisted Program in 2023. CMDCS Arroyave holds a Master Training Specialist Certification, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Bachelor’s degree in English and a Masters Degree in Organizational Development and Leadership.

At sea, He served as a General Duty Corpsman while stationed with 2nd Marine Logistics Group; Leading Petty Officer and Leading Chief Petty Officer while serving with 1st Battalion 4th Marines and an Advisor for the Commanding General’s readiness inspection Program; He also served as the Senior Enlisted Leader for 7th Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division.

Ashore, he served as the Assistant Leading Petty Officer for Primary Care at Naval Hospital New England; and the Program manager for the Tactical Combat Casualty Care program at Fort Sam Houston Texas. His current assignment is as the Command Senior Enlisted Leader of USS Augusta (LCS 34).

His decorations include: the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (two awards), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (three awards), and various service and campaign medals.
