Captain Bradley D. Coletti is a native of Peabody, Massachusetts. He graduated from Coastal Carolina University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, and was commissioned through the OCS program as a Surface Warfare Officer in 1999. Additionally, Captain Coletti holds a Master of Arts degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College and a Master in Business Administration from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business.

At sea, he served as Commanding Officer of USS COMSTOCK (LSD 45) from February 2017- May 2018 where he completed a seven month deployment to both 5th and 7th Fleet areas of responsibility.

Captain Coletti’s other sea duty assignments include tours as the Main Propulsion Division Officer and Assistant First Lieutenant aboard USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7) and Operations Officer and Navigator aboard USS McCampbell (DDG 85). Upon graduating from Department Head School he was assigned aboard USS Harpers Ferry (LSD 49) where he served as the Operations Officer and then subsequently assigned as the Operations and Plans Officer (N3) for Commander, Amphibious Squadron THREE. Post Commander Command he was assigned as the Executive Officer aboard USS Essex (LHD 2) for the first F35 joint strike fighter west coast deployment and as the Chief Staff Officer for Commander, Amphibious Squadron ONE.

Ashore, he served as the Executive Officer aboard USS Constitution and as an Officer Recruiter for Navy Recruiting District, New England. Additionally, Captain Coletti served as the Assistant Chief of Staff for Commander, Naval Surface Force Pacific as the Amphib current readiness lead and class advocate for LSD/LPD’s for the Fleet. He most recently completed a tour at Expeditionary Warfare Training Group Pacific where he led the Navy Training Division school house.

Personal decorations include the Meritorious Service Medal (Fourth Award), Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (Fifth Award) and the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (Second Award), as well as various unit and campaign awards.
