CDR Ryan T. Doyle

Executive Officer, USS Omaha (LCS 12) Blue Crew

20 June 2023 Cmdr. Ryan T. Doyle, a native of Boca Raton, Florida, earned his commission in 2008 through Officer Candidate School.  He graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. 

Afloat, he served as strike officer and First Lieutenant aboard USS Cowpens (CG 63); executive officer and operations officer for Patrol Craft Crew FOXTROT; weapons officer and combat systems officer on USS Stockdale (DDG 106); and as the combat systems officer for Destroyer Squadron 21.

Ashore, Doyle served as a Fleet Watch Officer at the the U.S. 5th Fleet Maritime Operations Center; Officer In Charge for the Maritime Pre-positioning Force assigned to Assault Craft Unit ONE; and as a Mariner Skills Week Senior Assessor for Afloat Training Group San Diego.

Doyle’s personal awards include the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (6), the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (3) and multiple unit and service awards.
