Command Senior Chief Alison S. Foote is a native of Atlanta, Georgia. She enlisted in the United States in April 2004. Following completion of basic training at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Illinois, she reported to Naval Air Station Dam Neck Annex, in Virginia Beach, Virginia, where she completed Operations Specialist “A” School. 

Senior Chief Foote’s sea duty assignments include service aboard USS Blue Ridge (LCC-19), HM-15, USS Arlington (LPD-24), USS Decatur (DDG-73), and USS Omaha (LCS-12) Crew 209. Her shore assignments include CSCS DET San Diego, Mine Warfare Training Center, Naval Station Norfolk, CSCS DET Norfolk, and ATG San Diego. 

Senior Chief Foote is a graduate of the U.S. Navy Senior Enlisted Academy, Class 246, and holds an Associate Degree in Homeland Security and Emergency Management. She has earned the Afloat Training Specialist and Master Training Specialist qualifications. 

She is currently serving as the Command Senior Chief at MCMGRU Three on Naval Sub-base Point Loma. 

Her decorations include the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (two medals), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (four awards), Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal, and various unit and campaign awards.
