CDR John Rosati

EXECUTIVE OFFICER, USS MCCAMPBELL (DDG 85)

06 February 2026 Commander John Rosati is a native of Lakewood, Ohio and graduated from Mount Union College with a B.A. in History in 2010. He earned his commission via Officer Candidate School in 2011.

Afloat, he served as First Lieutenant and Main Propulsion Division Officer aboard USS SPRUANCE (DDG 111), Electrical Division Officer aboard USS BOXER (LHD 4), Training Officer aboard USS GONZALEZ (DDG 66), Operations Officer aboard USS BENFOLD (DDG 65), Combat Systems Officer aboard USS LEYTE GULF (CG 55), and N9/N3 on the staff of Destroyer Squadron 15.

Ashore, he served as Baseline 6 and Baseline 3/5 Course Supervisor and SPY Curriculum Manager at the Aegis Training and Readiness Center.

Commander Rosati is currently serving as Executive Officer aboard USS McCAMPBELL (DDG 85).
