Request For Reserve Component Support

CNSP Reserve Component is here to support the needs of our surface warfare community. We have nearly 2,000 in-house Sailors and access to up to 50,000 SELRES across the entire Reserve Force backed by funding from Navy Reserve Force Command.

Reservists from all walks of life can bring unique skillsets from civilian employment to offer new problem-solving perspectives and technical knowledge unconfined by the military scope. We’ve had excellent success in direct fill of shipboard gaps through ADOS and Definite Recall funding and we’re continuously working to expand the program.

Our Search and Rescue Swimmers have become key enablers for the underway of many ships on our waterfront. We’re also in support of shore staff, chaplain, and legal office manning needs.
