Hey #SurfaceWarriors its Chief initiation season! This year we went to the waterfront and gathered knowledge and advice from senior members of our Chiefs mess for a nine part video series, "Teaching to the Creed."

#ICYMI, the nine parts consist of; leadership, advocacy, tradition and trust, character and competence, credibility of a chief, teamwork and loyalty, humility, interpersonal relationships, ethical decisions, influence and honesty, motivation and engagement, and acceptance.
This is Following Office of the Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy’s 2021 Chief's initiation guidance.

"Each of our selectees must understand what is expected of them as a Chief Petty Officer, and leveraging our Creed as the primary focus will accomplish this goal," said Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy Russell Smith.
