17 June 2021 OKINAWA, JAPAN --  Rear Adm. Christopher Engdahl, center, commander, Expeditionary Strike Group 7/Task Force 76, greets the side boys prior to a tour aboard Independence-variant littoral combat ship USS Tulsa (LCS 16).
