PHILIPPINE SEA (Oct. 18, 2021) – The Independence-variant littoral combat ship USS Tulsa (LCS 16) sails with the German Navy frigate Bayern (F 217) and the Independence-variant littoral combat ship USS Jackson (LCS 6).
