SAN DIEGO - Argentine Navy (Armada de la Republica de Argentina, or ARA) Rear Adm. Rodolfo Berazay-Martinez, Naval Attaché to the U.S., and members of the Argentine Navy were welcomed aboard amphibious assault ship USS Boxer (LHD 4).
SAN DIEGO – USS Boxer (LHD 4) held a change of command ceremony on the flight deck where U.S. Navy Capt. Matthew W. Cieslukowski assumed command from Capt. Kathleen Ellis, Aug. 4.
