Blue Ridge Conducts Flight Operations

230319-N-TE604-1450 SAGAMI WAN, Japan (March 19, 2023) – Chock and chain members of the flight deck crew approach the MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter from the "Golden Falcons" of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 12 during flight operations on the flight deck of U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19) March 19. Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy and, as 7th Fleet command ship, routinely interacts and operates with Allies and partners in preserving a free and open Indo-Pacific region.
