Master Chief Damiean Williams is a native of Miami, FL and graduated from Bishop George Ahr High School in NJ in 1997. He enlisted in the United States Navy and graduated from boot camp at Recruit Training Command Great Lakes, IL in 1998.
Afterwards, he attended Operation Specialist ‘A’ School in Damneck, VA. He is a graduate of the U.S. Navy Senior Enlisted Academy (Class 182, Khaki) and Command Master Chief/Chief of the Boat Course (Class 145). He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Historical and Political Studies from Chaminade University in Hawaii.
Master Chief Williams’ sea duties include USS Dubuque (LPD-8), USS Juneau (LPD-10), USS Reuben James (FFG-57), and the USS Blue Ridge (LCC-19). His shore assignments include Afloat Training Group Western Pacific and Joint Region Marianas. Master Chief Williams’ Command Master Chief/Command Senior Chief tours include USS WARRIOR (MCM-10) and Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station Naples, Italy. He is currently serving onboard USS PRINCETON (CG-59).
His personal awards include the Meritorious Service Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (3 awards), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (7 awards), and numerous unit and campaign awards.
