Message From the CO

Congratulations on your assignment to Destroyer Squadron ONE. We are looking forward to your arrival!  Our team is an operational staff whose mission is to direct, oversee and assist the ships of the squadron in maintaining the highest level of operational readiness.  When deployed, we serve as the Sea Combat Commander for Carrier Strike Group ONE embarked on the USS CARL VINSON (CVN 70).
