USS William P. Lawrence (DDG 110)

HONOLULU – The Coast Guard and Navy completed the rescue of a distressed woman, child and their pets from a sailboat beset by weather offshore Hawaii Wednesday.

MANILA, Philippines — Sailors from the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS William P. Lawrence (DDG 110) participated in a community relations (COMREL) project at a local orphanage in Quezon City, Philippines, Jan. 13.

Forces from the Royal Australian Navy, Royal Canadian Navy, Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force, Republic of Korea Navy, U.S Missile Defense Agency, and U.S Navy successfully conducted Pacific Dragon 2022 (PD22), a recurring biennial multinational air and missile defense exercise, from August 5-15, 2022, in Hawaii at Pacific Missile Range Facility Barking Sands (PMRF) and off the coast of Kauai.

The Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Fitzgerald (DDG 62) conducted bilateral training exercises in the Philippine Sea with the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF) from Jan. 27 – Feb. 2.

PEARL HARBOR — Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS William P. Lawrence (DDG 110) returned to Joint Base Pearl Harbor, Jan. 11, following a deployment to the U.S. 4th Fleet area of operations.

YOKOSUKA, Japan (NNS) – The Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS William P. Lawrence (DDG 110) held a change of command ceremony, Aug. 16, at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka.

Guided-missile destroyer USS William P. Lawrence (DDG 110) arrived at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Nov. 14 as part of a homeport swap with USS Paul Hamilton (DDG 60), which departed Hawaii earlier in the year for its new homeport of San Diego.
