Vision:

• We Build Lethality: Through the development of the Surface Warfare Combat Training Continuum (SWCTC) we will improve individual tactical competency to drive Surface Force warfighting excellence.
• We Generate Combat Readiness: Through Unit Level Advanced Tactical Training we will prepare the Surface Force to conduct high-end combat operations against near peer adversaries. Additionally, we will provide direct reach-back and fly-away support, as requested, to operational commanders.
• We Foster Tactical Innovation: Through creative, critical, and bold thinking, we will develop the Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP) and recommend material solutions to overcome the toughest challenges.
